Hospital waiting room

Well three months to the day and here we are again waiting for child #1 to get out of surgery. I come to Children's Hospital in San Diego with a heavy heart thinking about my child's "issue" but upon arriving I give thanks to our Lord and Savior that my child is as healthy as she is.

So right now I just lift up all the families here at the hospital with whatever it is that they are going thru. Thank you Lord for my healthy little clan of chicks that you gave me.

Well the day has come that we have finally replaced the boy's dirt bike with a big boy one. We sold his first one because he out grew it so fast, like within 6 months of getting it. Who knew the boy would take to the sport so well. It could be that he has such a great god father that has spent hours upon hours teaching and riding with him. Whatever it was no one expected that.

So the hunt began for a new one that would last for a couple of years.... at least that is what we are hoping for.

Low and behold we found the perfect one and come to find out it was from a famous dirt bike rider, that was the icing on the cake for the boy.

The Yamaha YZ 80 is now a member of this crazy family, here is to praying that we don't spend to much time in the ER with this one!

Dreams

This is the start of my dream board that Maddie and I are doing for our Becoming Captivated Bible Study from the Becoming Girls Conference. Maddie decided that we would do dream books instead of a board so that way as our dreams change and grow we can easily change with them. I also have decided that I will date each entry into the book and that way when the dream comes to reality I can mark that date as well. So in a sense it is a dream/journal book....
